Free Shipping

We provide Free Ground Shipping promotion via UPS for orders shipped within US, excluding Alska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Virgin Islands (VI), Puerto Rico (PR), PO Box, APO/FPO, and Military addresses.

Note: If you select the free UPS ground shipping and choose to return or exchange a part of your order, you must keep at least 1 item to receive the free shipping. If you received the free ground shipping and are returning the entire order, you will be charged $8 for first item and $6 for each additional item as you don't qualify for free ground shipping.

Shipping and Billing Addresses are different
We use several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.
 
If shipping address is not a confirmed address (the address on file with credit card company), the order might subject to cancellation and the money will be refunded back to the credit card.
